Hi there,

Unfortunately that isn't a theme-related issue. The live preview is generated by WordPress. It sounds like you have a hosting configuration issue (or maybe an issue with how WordPress is setup?).

Have you made any edits to the site files?

Also, try disabling plugins you have installed in case those are causing conflicts.

Hi Chris,
I figure out the Compilation error!!
I go to cPanel and change the php version to 5.3. It works now.
Now I can upload the logo in Appearance - Customize, BUT the logo cannot show up on the homepage.
When I go to Appearance - Customize, it only shows the sidebar, no website preview there.
And also the info panel didn't show up.

Hi Chris,

Sorry this is really urgent as I have a live site with no images. If this isn't the theme and the reinstall doesn't work then do I need a developer to code out this error?

Hi Chris, We have reinstalled and updated. Spoke to my hosting and they said the line error is coming from the theme?
Is there any way we can code this out?

Hi there,

Hmm, haven't seen/heard that error before. The file that's causing the issue (wp-includes/formatting.php) is a WordPress file, not a theme file, so it seems to have something to do with your WordPress installation.

Maybe try reinstalling/updating WordPress?

I cannot upload the logo using Appearance - customize
There is several widgets under "Live widgets", but I cannot see the info panel on the front page.
What is the problem?
