Additional setup is required. Please be sure to visit the theme options to setup the site ("appearance" > "theme options").

Also, please be sure to review the help file for instructions/details.

the slider is also absent. just a blank space instead of the slider

yes it was a wordpress theme i downloaded

i unzipped the zip file i downloaded and used the zip file within that to install (which had the same structures within as the expanded theme folder). thank you for the assistance with this

but i am having other issues - like there is "sample page" displayed at the top, no counter in the middle, etc
do i need to do additional configuration?

1. You posted this in the "site templates" forum for Politico (not the WordPress forum). Did you purchase the WordPress version?

Please help. I purchased the theme and when I am trying to install it, it just gives me the message:

"Are you sure you want to do this?

Please try again."
