My apologies, you do not need Option Tree. But, once you install the theme, you should see it at the bottom of your main menu on the left...

Have you installed the Option Tree plugin yet? After doing so, that's when you should see Theme Options. If it's not in the main menu, it'll be under Appearance.

I am using wordpress Version 3.3.1, whud version 2.0 and php 5.3.8. I was following the walk through tutorial: http://www.screenr.com/wSm at about 00:54 sec you log in to the back end and you are on the Theme options page. Where do I find this page? In Wordpress I only see after clicking Appearance OPTIONS: Widgets Menus in the Manage Themes Tab. The other Tab is Install Themes.
