The current version of the theme (available on your downloads page) supports the new menu system. It also has an updated help file for setting up the new menu system.

Hi,

I'm using wordpress 3.0 and it allows custom link as part of the menu, but is that supported/works with this WP Church Theme?.
For some reasons I'm not able to get that to work. I've created a custom link as menu item, and it is listed in the menu on the admin panel. However it does not show on the website.
Am I missing anything here?
