I fixed the problem by myself ;) What to do is: give your wp-content folder the write rules 777, then it works well. Maybe it is enough to get the chmod rule to the upload and plugin folder.

I have the same problem... I purchased your theme WordPress Wave 1.3 and there I have 1_demo_contet.xml and 2_theme-options.xml, the last one I tried to import in the plugin Option Tree but I got the same message: wrong file type. Need support ;)

I think you may be referring to something else as "Especial" is not one of my themes...

1. Upload provided XML file to the "Theme Options XML" section of the "import" tab.
2. Paste the text from "Theme Options Data" file into the "Theme Options Data" section of the "import" tab.

I can confirm the proper XML file is provided. Please make sure you're importing the proper XML. Remember, there are 2 XML files included.

There are 2 xml files. The 1st is suppose to be uploaded to WordPress, the 2nd is for OptionTree.
