I wish I could! I can not change the default, Washington. When I try to press purchase I receive error message "Error: Please enter billing state / province", and then I can not go any further.

I am trying to buy the theme VYSUALIZE. I do not live in the US and have no state where I live. The default is Washington and when I press buy I get an error message.
