Hi there,

Categories only appear in the calendar if they are child categories of the calendar parent category. Make sure you (1) don't have the slider category as a child of the calendar and (2) make sure you have a parent calendar category with sub categories for the filter.

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Chris

Hi,
With reference to my earlier post re events running for more than 1 day...

I have downloaded the post clone plug in for events running consecutive days, which is fine except for one small issue. If I have an event running 3 days, I only want one of the posts to show up on the slider, so to get round this I have created a new category to display on the slider. One of the posts I will add it to the slider category as well as the same category as its clone posts. This works fine, except this extra category shows up in the submenu at the top of the calendar section on the homepage. Is there a way of removing this one category from the sub menu?
