Indeed, im an idiot too.
In readding preferences you have to select your latest posts as your home page instead of a static page.

Hi. I'm working on getting http://www.tanzfarm.com set up and I've installed the theme, installed the option tree and have selected ON for the the calendar and typed in a welcome message, but they don't appear on the home page...

any suggestions?
