Unfortunately the Envato plugin isn't something I can troubleshoot. Maybe try downloading from ThemeForest and uploading manually?

It doesnt work, removed Jetpack, still no change

I update theme trough Envato Market plugin, and that one is not pushing your new version trough, I even deleted the theme and installed it again, and it still served old version.

Somehow, my homepage became broken, isnpect element says:

Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).live is not a function
at molitorscripts (custom.js:21)
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (custom.js:244)
at j (jquery-3.2.1.min.js:2)
at k (jquery-3.2.1.min.js:2)

Deleting theme and reuploading didnt fix it.
