Hi there,

With the latest version of the theme, the breadcrumbs are controlled from the breadcrumbs.php file, inside the "include" directory of the theme. You can add the text you want to use on line 8, which looks like this...

echo '<div id="crumbs">';

You can then have it read like this...

echo '<div id="crumbs">You are here: ';

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Chris

Is there an easy way to add it 'back in' because I am using wider content areas on some pages with a bit of custom css. The reason being is that I am trying to add an instructions page where using the breadcrumb for nav is easier. But for your average user they probably wouldnt know what a breadcrumb is so if I can say the 'your are here' link it helps to clarify things.

Thanks

Andrew

Hi there,

The breadcrumbs feature is displayed on individual posts/pages below the title. Reference: http://themes.themolitor.com/wpnavigator/2011/07/colosseum/

The text 'you are here' is omitted mainly due to space limitations with this themes layout.

Hope that helps.

Best,

Chris

Hello Chris,

I have read in the forums that 'you are here' is included on some of the themes breadcrumb but I don't think it is in the navigator. Would it be possible to add it? I have looked at the breadcrumb.php file but don't know where to add it?

Thanks

Andrew
