Just make a category called "Blog" and assign all your posts to that category. Posts appear in chronological order.

I would like to have a link on my header to a page called "Blog" where all my blogs that are posted can be indexed by date. Short of a widget on the sidebar, I cant see a way to do this - the featured and "special" posts show up as intended, but new posts that are not in these categories do not show up. Is this possible now? If not, what would it take to make this possible?
