You can choose a background in the theme settings. It's just not an option available for visitors like in the demo site.

Sorry, I got themes confused. For HUD, you can only display the slider (default home page) or a static page.

Ok I set my page with the blog template as home page.
But with another theme I see my posts but when I activate the HUD theme I don't see the posts, What's the problem?

You can select a static page for the homepage from the "Readings" page on your WordPress dashboard (under "General Settings").

For the background chooser, this is a demo site only feature to showcase the ability to customize colors. It's not included with the theme. Sorry.

I've bought your theme today and I'm very happy with it.
But I've two questions:

-How do I get my Blog on the homepage?
-How do I get the background chooser widget in the more sidebar?

I hope I will get fast response!

ps. And also I hope you will understand my english, I'm dutch and don't pay any attention in the english lessons at school.
