You're posts are showing on your category page just fine: http://gaylaevents.com/category/blog

Please be sure you're adding the category link to your menu and not the page link.

OK, then I don't know how to find this link, I'm sorry. I go into posts and click on the one I created called blog and then I copy the URL. Is this not the correct way to do what you need?

You need to create a blog category (not page) and add the category link to the menu.

I'd like the blog text and image to display only in the centre of the blog page & not on the side of it (or anywhere on any other pages). Is it also possible to display or list previous blog posts on the blog page?

You can ignore the blog post setting. Just use category links in the menu. You can add category links from the lower-left side on the menu page.

My Nocturnal site is set to a static 'welcome' page with posts set to the blog page. Posts are however not featuring on the blog page or anywhere else.
