By default, i would like to prevent the non subscriber to see an event, I don't want to modify that by myself on each post.

WordPress supports a couple options. You can make posts private to only logged in users or your can make your posts password protected. It's all controlled from the post edit screen. More info here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Content_Visibility
