I had a friend more experienced with Wordpress look it over, I messed up the theme install. It appeared in the theme selection but the file structure under web content was mixed up. Its fixed and up and running.

For the header section, choose any page you want to use as the main intro area. If you don't have anything selected there, that might be the problem.

Good morning Chris,

I only have one menu structure, "main". This menu holds individual lines (no sub menus) for home, sample, test, welcome, and gallery. Each menu item has a "navigation label", but no "title attribute", which was the default when I used the wordpress add a page function. I have confirmed that the "main" menu is set under the customization menu to be the "main navigation menu." Under the customization menu I have setup all of the available options, except the footer and CSS which I have left unchanged.

What page should the default displayed page be under the "header" section of the customization menu be. "Home" is not selectable here.

I would like to reiterate that when I switch to the basic wordpress theme, the site works fine, menus, pages, gallery, navigation and all.

Hi there,

The home page is populated based on the menu you have assigned on the menus page. Make sure you have the menu properly setup/assigned.

Also, be sure to review the theme customizer and make sure all the necessary fields are setup/configured.

Good evening Chris,

I recently purchased the MISC wordpress theme in hopes of using it for a wedding website. I have setup my site, hosting and wordpress install without issue (www.meganandchristian.net). I have successfully installed the MISC theme. When I select either of the basic built in wordpress themes they work fine. I have read through your help documentation (well written by the way), and followed the instruction there in to setup my pages, menu, and gallery. Sadly whenever I select the MISC theme in the wordpress interface all I get is a blank page. I have confirmed that my reading setting are set to "latest post" in the wordpress menu. Any other suggestions?
