Got the category map over so satellite, that is no longer an issue.

Hi, while this is being straightened out I am eliminating the road-view. I can't figure out how to change the category page map type to satellite. Can you point me to the code?

Hi Chris. Thanks for your help so far but you are definitely mistaken if you believe there is nothing you can do. I tried to outline the fix in my previous posts. Here is what you can do to fix my problem and make this template work.

When you draw the pins for road-map
Add a function to add (.00123 long points and .00123 lat point) to each pin
When you draw satellite use the function to subtract (.000123 etc.).

If you have any questions let me know. As there is obviously without a doubt something that you can do to help... If you mean you don't have control over the map, how does Google know where to draw the pins. When you give G the location of the road-mark pins just run a function to move them all over the same amount.

Of course it is very possible I am missing something instead of you. If you could give me some details how to proceed I'd be appreciative. Obviously you have the power to fix this. If not let me know why, so I know who to hire ASAP.

Unfortunately this is a Google maps issue. As far as I can tell, there isn't anything we can do.

Sorry. Hope you understand we don't have control of this issue.

Sorry to bump so soon but I need this fixed ASAP. Any advice how I can move the road map to the correct position? Either that or all blips on the roadmap move over some position.

On my site casachangsha.com the road and the satellite map are different by 1 or 2 km. This is a big problem as some buildings will be wrongly in the river when on road view.

I need some hack to move the entire road map or every pin on the road map to match up with the positions on the satellite map. It shouldn't be too hard. Wherever the road-map is drawn add or subtract some coordinates.

As far as I am concerned the site is broken until this gets fixed. Please help ASAP.
