Hi there,

To make the image/logo transparent, make sure you don't have a background in Photoshop and save the image as a PNG file (with transparency checked).

Regarding size, the dimensions of the logo in the theme demo is 191px × 41px

Right mate, thanks for taking the time for a phd student - old guy but web beginner - trying to have a go on his own.

Created a few logo - all too big with backgrounds (white) that blend into the text pages of the Novelist form.

Any suggestions on getting the logo to float like the one on the sample site / or transparent back ground? And size suggestions? Just making simple text logo in photoshop.

The logo image is controlled from the theme options panel, which is located at "appearance" > "theme options".

Greetings - have uploaded the wpnovelist file per instruction. In appearance I see no way to edit title (perhaps this is a logo). Have selected the Google Font.

Looking to establish the title - like 'the novelist' in demo.

I am sure this is a simple question - apologizes in advance.
