Have you made sure everything in the theme options panel is filled out? If so, can you provide a link to your site?

Can I ask how this issue was resolved I am having the same problem.... cannot get the slider or map image to display. I am running in a subdomain if that has any affect...

I would welcome anyone's help.

Can you please assist in determining why the banner top colour and map pattern do not show up on Firefox or Safari?

They are displaying correctly on IE9.
