Hey Chris-

I LOVE this theme. Super classy. However, I am a total noob at this. I just switched from Blogger so I am adjusting and experiencing a learning curve here so bear with me.

Two issues:

1) I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add text to the header

2) I browsed the forums and the help pdf, and I feel this is issue is covered but I can't seem to comprehend how to get the homepage slider to work. I don't understand how to adjust the theme settings accordingly. I do understand that they are pulled from the first image in each post, and I did set those images to 700 x 330 but from there I am lost.

Any help you can provide in reasonably layman terms is greatly appreciated. I just started using dreamhost and my site is http://www.reganteat.com.
