Hi Chris,
Thanks for responding fast, it seems that I solved the problem now. The video and its sound track are visible and running. After compressing the video, the sound is lip-sync with the images (other customers reported problems here). I am really happy with this result.

Hi Chris, I can't seem to get the .mp4 video background running. The page shows a loading sign but no video appears. The video URL is correct - the browser can process it and shows the video correctly. I tested several .mp4 files. What could possibly be the reason? Thanks!
