Hi there,

I see you have version 1.3.0 and the background image is showing up.

As mentioned on the FAQ page I linked to above...

"If you're updating from a version of the theme that required you to install the OptionTree plugin, you'll need to delete that plugin as it is no longer required. Additionally, you might want to use the "WP Database Reset" plugin to clean up the wp-options table in your database after deleting the plugin before you update."

IMPORTANT: Make sure your database AND website files are backed up before you make any changes.

Thanks!

Chris

Hi there,

I see you're using an older version of the theme (v1.1.1). The current version is v1.3.0. I suggest you update the theme to see if that addresses any issues.

For more info about updating, please review this FAQ: http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/faq-how-do-i-update-my-theme

Hi Chris,

I found out my problem isn't the adressing site speed. My problem might be the Photopharm theme in combination with Optiontree, because when I removed my theme and I loaded it again to Wordpress, it works as it used to be but then i'm missing my Optiontree on the menu section while i'm seeing he's activated on the network section.

How can I get my optiontree back in the menu section after I reloaded the theme again?

p.s. I don't get it why i've got over and over again the mention to install optiontree while i've already done that

Thanks in advance,

Lian

Hi there,

It sounds like you have an issue with your hosting. Maybe you don't have enough memory allocation for your site? Maybe you don't have enough bandwidth provided?

I recommend contacting your hosting provider about your site speeds and behavior. The link I provided above is the most I can offer in terms of addressing site speed issues.

Hope that helps some.

Best,

Chris

Hi Chris,

I don't no what's going on but there is something strange happening on my website. First off all it takes a little while when my photo's got uploaded and you can see it (my previous problem is solved). Secondly when I refresh my page I see the white blank page again on some of my other pages,
But every time it seems like the problem solves itself.

Do you think it's a internet server issue?

Thanks in advance,

Lian

Hi there,

It might be because your images are so large in file size (not dimensions). Try optimizing the file size using online tools and see if that helps.

Check out #2 here for links: http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/faq-why-is-my-site-taking-so-long-to-load

Let me know if that helps.

Best,
