unfortunately, this is happening again. The Background image stopped appearing a few days ago.

Looks like this might be due to the child theme setup you have. Try adding this to your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...

#topPanel {background: rgba(0,0,0,.9) !important;}

Im' not sure that's the issue. We've changed it to several values, .1, .5, .06. It might be at 1 now because we were testing different values, but we've tried other values as well.

It just stopped appearing.

Looks like you have your opacity setting for the background set to "1", which makes a solid color over the background image. Try changing it to ".9" or ".8" to allow the background image to peak through.

Is there an issue/setting that deactivates the background image for Home Page.

The image was showing up, but now it just doesn't load. We've tried emptying cache and several other steps.
