The demo site has a background image for regular/default pages that do not contain map/address information.

Please understand this is a location-based theme. The main feature/function is to display a map whenever map data is provided.

:/ I don't feel like it's a customization specific. It looks like something normal as you see it on the demo...

I'm a bit disappointed :/ That's the only bad point I found, but it's a big one...

I see you've made edits to the template files. Unfortunately I'll have to ask that you revert to a default setup of the theme in order for me to continue troubleshooting any issues you have. My support services do not include addressing issues that may be caused by customizations made to the theme.

Please let me know if you continue to have issues after reverting to a default setup of the theme.

Hi, when i'm using background image instead of map, it works fine in computer, but in mobile phones/ipads it doesn't work.

When you're using a map as background it will show up as image above details,gallery and so on.
But if you are using an background image, it shows up as background under the div.
