try disabling all of your plugins then, something you have done to the template/your site is causing a break in the code as the Default theme doesnt display that

the ='text/css'> is being generated right below the body tag(in the header.php after line 121) which isn't done in/by the theme

No disrespect, but I don't "do coding!" So therefore it would not be possible for me to "mess something up." Also, what about the background image? As I mentioned it is also noticeable in your walk-through video. http://www.events.shore31.com

somewhere in the code theres something in the way(for the rouge text) meaning somewhere in the code modification you messed something up my guess is its in the header.php

can you post a link to your site?

While customizing background for eventure I noticed a background image and some rogue text '='text/css'>' at the top left hand corner of the background layer. Upon looking closer at the eventure walk through video I noticed the same background image in the video. Looks like a tree? I was able to remove these items using firebug9live view) but I am a novice and do not know where they are located in dashboard-editor. How do I remove these two items? Thanks for the help!
