Hi Justin,

I'm also having problems with this. I have tried various image sizes as suggested but on the site it always looks 'too big' and the top of the head of the person in the photo is cut off.

This is on IE9. On the iPad it looks fine.

Any suggestions? It would be great if the background image (and the same for the images in Gallery) would be exactly the same in terms of proportions as the jpeg I upload.

Hey Fabio,

I always suggest slightly larger than standard resolution. So 1024 X 768 would be standard, you can go for 1100 X 900 or something similar.

Depending on your images, I suggest trying out a few sizes to see what you like the look of best.

Im not understandig how the image resize works for the background image?
what are the best size for background image? Can anyone help?
