This thread is in regards to the HTML version of VYSUAL. I see you're using the WordPress version, so this discussion will not apply to the version of VYSUAL that you're using.

When I visit your site, the audio auto-plays for me. Were you able to resolve this? If not, please post a new thread for this topic in the WordPress VYSUAL forum.

For the Vysial-theme:
In PROD the audio is by default 'paused' while in my testsite (local) it 'autoplays'. All files are identical and I have the checkbox autoplay in customization both checked. What could have caused the audioplayer to have a different behaviour?

where are these files located... can't find <!--AUDIO PLAYER--> any where... tried the theme folder use to upload to the http://ftp... and that header file didn't have <!--AUDIO PLAYER--> also looked in wordpress theme > edit.

Were the audio files loading BEFORE you changed the names or edited the template files?

Please revert back to the default setup and provide a link to your site and I'll check it out.

o.k., I´ve loaded up some audio-files, cahnaged there names, but nothing appears in the frontend! Not one of the songs, nor the audioplayer.
I´ve changed the code <audio preload="auto"></audio> but nothing happend. What can I do?

No, that is the CSS file. The template files you need to edit are the ones ending with .html

The header.php file is for the WordPress version of this theme. The HTML version doesn't have any PHP files.

The <!--AUDIO PLAYER--> section is located roughly on line 47-48 of the template files.

i cant seem to find:

i also cannot find the header.php from the past post or mayube i dont know where to look.

...change it to the following...

<!--AUDIO PLAYER-->
<audio autoplay="autoplay" preload="auto"></audio>
