Hi there,

With the way MISC is setup, the main home page slider uses AJAX to load the next/prev content when you click the arrows at the top of the page. Since AJAX is being used, the amount of time it takes for the content to appear varies.

For example, I click the arrow and the content loads in 2 seconds. I click it again and the content appears in 3 seconds. On a different machine/location, I click the arrow and it loads in 5 seconds - maybe you see where I'm going with this...

Since AJAX is used, there is no way to know how long the content will take to load. If an auto-rotation feature was applied, this could cause known and unknown issues to occur. Such as the slide appearing and then a second later the next slide appears, etc. etc.

TLDR: Auto-rotation is NOT a built-in option - nor is it recommended - because it uses AJAX.
