Nevermind, I found an old post where you recommended putting a widget in the live area to fix this issue. This worked for me. Thanks!

WordPress 4.3.1 running Vysual theme 1.0.1. I uploaded an .mp3 and selected it to run background audio. I checked the auto-play box in the theme customizer but the audio does not play when the site is loaded. I have to click the audio equalizer on the page to play the audio. How do i resolve this?
