I figured it out. You don't use the standard name attribute in the anchor tag. You use the id attribute. It's working now.

I'm trying to put a link at the top of the homepage (where the logo resides) to the footer using an anchor. But it appears to not be working. Does the jQuery involved override the default functionality of this?
