Hi there,

I disagree that it's something that should be included. In my opinion, adding a back button is superfluous as it's something every browser already does. With well over 1300+ users of this theme, I've never been asked for this feature, so I'm sure you can see that as being your opinion.

If you want to add features to the theme, please use this form: http://themolitor.com/custom as I don't provide customization services.

Best,

Chris

Hello Chris,
Thank you for your reply,
Still, I don't understand what customization are you talking about,
You have a theme with certain features and going back to previous page is as basic as it gets, why this basic thing not included?
I could not notice it before I have purchased the theme.
and if not included, why can't I get a normal support and help to do something basic that should have been included in the first place?
Please help me with this subject.
Thank you,
Danny

Hi there,

Sorry you feel that way. I have it very clearly stated below that "we do not provide customization services" (unless I know the answer to a question off the top of my head or can easily look into it).

With this particular request, I'm not familiar with the method you're trying to use and you're asking me to troubleshoot your customization, which isn't a built-in/supported feature.

I hope you understand that I spend hours and hours on these forums trying to help users with issues they're having. I simply don't have the resources required to troubleshoot customizations that I didn't write. It requires too much research into the code you're using and looking into all the possible conflicts that it may cause with other code throughout the theme.

I hope that explains my position a bit better.

Thanks!

Chris

Hi Chris,
actually, I don't understand.
This is the worst support I have ever encoutered with.
I have purchased many themes and worked with many.
Only with your company everything is a custom job.
I am asking about something basic for this theme.
One of the options you have is a very long page withl thumbnails reffering to posts, this is a basic thing to ask for, a possibility to go back from the post to the thumbnail reffered from (and not to the top) and that the theme will work cross browsers.
How is that a customization?
This theme is not for free and I expect reasonable answers.
Thank you,
Danny

Hi there,

I'm not totally familiar with that method, but I noticed the hashtag in the URL has a space in it. That might be the cause?

Unfortunately I don't have the resources to troubleshoot customizations like that. Hope you understand.

Thanks!
