Navigate to "settings" > "permalinks" and check to see how your permalinks are setup to display.

I'll be sure to consider featured item custom links for the next update to the theme.

Hello,

For some reason, all new posts have the url: /category/pastors_blog/2010/04/. The only thing I can customize is after the last /.

What I really would like to do is use the featured area for a new VBS image that links to the information/registration page but it should not be listed under the pastors_blog category.
