Yeah, it sounds like a Vimeo issue. Let me know what happens...

I am currently re-converting and then later re-posting the videos. Hold your breath, right njow you can't see anything anywhere.

I am very happy with Brick & Mason - thank you very much!

I will be using it primarily to display Vimeo gelleries, have a Vimeo Pro account and have (or will have) formatted all videos correctly.

My set-up of your theme works in all browsers:
Mac: Firefox, Chrome, Opera
iOS: Safari and others
Windows: Firefox, Chrome, Opera

But not in Windows IE9!

And there the only problem is that the Vimeo videos are not "activated". There is no preview thumbnail and no Play button.

I have tinkered with most .php and .css files but not knowingly with any IE-specific settings.
