Hi Hisnibbs,

We only provide support M-F, so I apologize for the slow response. I'm glad that your ticker is fixed. In terms of your Menu, please make sure that you're selecting your Menu location in the Menu manager.

From the Help file:
"To create a menu, navigate to “Appearance” > “Menus” and create a new menu named “Main”. Assign this menu to the “Main Navigation Menu” in the drop down (see image below). For more information and instruction, watch the “Using WordPress 3.0 Menu System” video here: http://tinyurl.com/48dozan"

This should fix your vertical navigation problem, so no need to ask for a refund :)

Glad I could help a bit. From other posts I've read, I think Chris provides support M-F, so that could explain why he hasn't been able to give any online help over the weekend.

OK, that is the money raised "ticker" problem sorted but the menu is still not showing as per the theme demo. Unfortunately if I cannot get this sorted asap I'll have to ask for a refund at Themeforest and select a different theme altogether. I appreciate your assistance.

The "You've Helped Raise" thing is a text widget, not something you turn on/off through Option Tree. The code is provided here (it doesn't link to your donate button or auto-update; you have to do it manually) :http://www.themolitor.com/help/wpaid/

Hi, on your Aid theme demo you show a "You've Helped Raise" totaliser under the slider on the left.

I have looked through the theme options, successfully installed Option Tree but cannot find the settings for this and how to administer it.

Your help with this would be appreciated, this feature was why we purchased the theme.

Also the menu system doesn't appear to work like that shown in your live demo - see here racingteamessex.com - the three pages added appear in the header rand footer as a vertical list rather than a nice horizontal line as per the demo.

Hoe do we make the menu look like that in the demo?
