the update shouldnt have caused that, did you happen to update anything else(plugins etc) did you update the theme by chance as well, if you had things coded in(the icon Im presuming) then just updating the core shouldnt affect the theme at all, either way you should be able to reset everything to how you had it, without knowing what you changed in the first place it will make it difficult for us to help much

Hi,
I just updated WP to 3.4.1 and a number of things went wrong with my site. I am totally freaking out. The white photofarm theme is gone. It's now black. The icon I had set up on my home page, gone, the background image on the list page, gone. And I can't fix it!

Please help, this is a disaster.
