The home page doesn't support additional content like that since it currently displays the featured image and an excerpt of the post content. This requires adding additional functions to the template files that add custom fields and integrate into the post edit screen. My client is looking for there to be a video on the front page below the featured image. I tried going into the option tree and making two posts show but it only added two posts to the second page which is not desirable as I don't want two posts for the rest of the event pages. How can I add just a video embedded under the featured image on the front page without adding pages to the other "event" sections. Thanks!
