Where do you upload images?

Hi there,

You can embed YouTube videos by pasting the embed code provided by YouTube into the post content box. When you're dealing with raw code, make sure you're using the "HTML" tab (not the "visual" tab) on the WordPress page/post edit screen.

To create a post image gallery like the demo, all you have to do is simply upload images and the gallery will automatically be created for you. Images are automatically sized to 53x53 and will display full size when clicked.

I am trying to embed a video to either a post or a page on my navigator blog and can't figure it out. I am also having trouble adding images without distorting them and was hoping to sometimes add a gallery like I have seen in many examples on-line. How can I do this?
