Yes you'll need to have it done custom by adding the code yourself there are many plugins in the WordPress Repository that have multiple social sharing

is there a way to add social sharing icons (Facebook likes, twitter etc) inside the post listing spaces (at the bottom, next to 'read more') so that people can share the post from the home page itself?
