how do you get multiple images on the home slider?

Okay. I had never entered a gallery into a post or page before. I had always added single images. Now it is sort of starting to work. Now, the galleries are loading, but they images also loading on the left hand side of the post and are stacked on top of each other. How did this happen?

Hi Leah,

Have you followed the Help file and video walk-throughs? Adding images to your posts as explained will display multiple images.

"To create a WordPress image gallery layout simply create a page and upload images. Once you've uploaded images, click the “images file” button and use the "insert gallery" option that is built into WordPress. NOTE: this option will not appear if you only have 1 image uploaded."

I also don't understand how to get multiple images to display on one post. Please HELP! I can't find a clear explanation of how to do this.

Thanks for the reply but I'm still confused. You say "the theme will grab the images you have uploaded to a post" but then add "You do not need to insert the images into the post content". Where is it then that I upload the images to if not the content of the post? I'd like multiple images to display for a post

I see on the demo site that there are multiple images displayed on a post. For example I see on the post "Facing Sunset" there are multiple images - are these attached to the post "Facing Sunset" or just a random display of any images from the whole portfolio?

By default, the theme will grab the images you have uploaded to a post and will display those based on the dimensions you have on the "media settings" page. Refer to the help file to make sure these settings match what you have.

You do not need to insert the images into the post content. The theme will grab the images for you.

Hey mate - I'm having the same issue and then some. I'm not very proficient with Wordpress or blogging in general but I'm really having some issues making progress setting up my site using this template. I've watched the videos and read the help menu but I just don't get it.
Any chance that the "Walk Through Video" tutorial could be expanding into actually setting up the categories, pages and posts. I love the look of this theme but I'm not coping with the set-up. So far I have this... http://adventuregallery.com.au/

Hello - Wonderful theme though I am having issues with images. When adding images for posts i am adding several images via 'upload image' in editor then selectingthe images i want that then appear in the visual editor - however when i save - a) they are resized and 2 only one appears - please can you give me an idiots step by step as to uploading post images. Apologies if i am missing something very obvious.
