Hi there,

Not necessarily. It depends on how the plugin is configured and setup. You might need to use !important to override styling in the plugin.

Hello! I am trying to add some custom CSS to the bottom of the style.css file, to customize some styles for my column shortcode plugin. I added the following to my theme's style.css, but it doesn't seem to be working.

.two_third  {
	width: 60%;
	padding-right: 75px;
}

.one_third  {
	width: 32%;
}

.one_half  {
	width: 44%;
	margin-right: 6%;
}

Should I just modify the plugin's CSS itself? I'm just worried about plugin updates overriding it. I plan on making a child theme for the Politico theme anyway.
