I figured out what to do about the sidebar content. Now I just need to know where to edit the "Read More" anchor text.

Where do I go to add content to the sidebar? I'm just looking to add some static info, nothing dynamic. Is it a page template or do I have to create separate HTML content?

Also, how do I change the "Read More" anchor text on the post listing?
