Hi there,

Since the icons are generated via the Font Awesome library, you're limited to the icons they have available there: http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icons/

If you find one you want to use, you'll need to add an option to the theme-options.php file, update the footer.php file with the settings you added and the icon you want to use and add some color styling in the style.css file.
