Hi there,

Yes, that's easy :-)

I recommend using the Contact Form 7 plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

After installing and configuring your form with the plugin, just create a new page and copy/paste the plugin shortcode into the content box.

Then you can add the page you published to the menu from the menus page (appearance > menu).
