I have and they have mentioned that it is something in the theme as it is one of the most widely used store plugins for wordpress and works seamlessly with most themes. They say it is impossible to know how the theme is working and that is likely the cause of the issue. I also contacted the custom developer for the site and he says it can be done but recommended that I ask you as well. It seems there has been little effort in even offering a possible solution or a way to make it work. Obviously wordpress themes use plugins and you would think you might have some insight other than ask someone else. That seems to be the answer to all of my questions in fact? Just looking for a helping hand or a look in the right direction......

As mentioned in the support conditions, if issues are the result of a plugin, we will ask that you contact the developer of the plugin you're using. Unfortunately we can't troubleshoot errors with plugins we have no involvement with.

Update: I have erased all of the songs from the site and as I re-upload them to specific pages they all seem to funnel into this store plugin page. The plugin page is considered a category or a product category in the menu. When I upload songs to specific pages they stay on those pages with the exception of the category page which seems to pick all of the songs up no matter where they are posted. Just trying to provide as much information as I can to make you job as easy as possible. Thanks, looking forward to hearing your thoughts on a solution....

Hello,

I added a store plugin and assigned a page called store. Under store there is a category called apparel. On the apparel page all of the songs that I have uploaded throughout the site are appearing on this one page. Is there a reason why this is happening? I don't want any songs on the category page as if effects the stores layout. I am not seeing a way to remove them. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks!
