Something like an opt-in box would require either a plugin or custom development. Since that goes beyond my standard support services, please use this form to submit a custom request: http://themolitor.com/custom

Regarding links, you can add those in (1) the main menu, (2) the widget area, (3) regular post and page content areas, or (4) in the footer menu area. Beyond that, adding custom links will require custom development.
