To remove menu icon, add the following to your Custom CSS box...

#menu-control { display: none; }

Regarding footer text, that's controlled from the Customize page.

Regarding white line, I'm not sure what you're referring to. Can you provide a link to the live page?

Regarding audio player, other systems/formats are not supported, but you can turn off the audio feature on the Customize page.

Best,

Christopher

is there an option or easy way to handle this? I have a project sitting in limbo, but I will finally have the greenlight to launch everything soon.

In the meantime, i'd like to do a few simple changes that remove functionality but keep the main site intact. Currently there is only a coming soon that is too bare bones, but anything else is too much

my thinking is handle all these with a child theme, then delete items as needed until I can finally just delete it entirely.

the items are:

- remove menu icon or access to any of that (I can share direct wp_login links as needed)

- change the inherited text in the footer (not the © notice from the customizer) -
JUST the copy immediately after the © in <div id="copyright">

- remove a random white line that appears in the header image regardless of the actual graphic. I'm not sure what is going on here.

- probably (see below) remove the audio player or (pref) swap a different element there to call an external media player - in another window or in a pop up overlay

re the audio - no playlists, no problem. couple of thoughts/hacks that occurred to me as I was thinking about what the audio element was actually doing (I still don't get it )

Can I instead tweak the mime type/handling to accept a stream instead of mp3? or can i have my own CDN or server rotate files behind that url, and simply tweak the refresh/call rate. basically I have tons of ways to serve audio, but I'd like to integrate if possible. Worst case, pop up a small player control or plugin

Thanks and hopefully some of these are super easy to implement.

Cheers!
