Hi there,

Nothing theme-related would cause a server error as that is something to do with the server, not the theme. It may be related to upload limits determined by your hosting provider.

Because it has some sample videos included, VYSUAL does have a larger file size than other themes. It's possible your server is timing out due to the larger file size. You can request your hosting provide to increase the upload limits on your account [OR] you can try and upload the theme via FTP.

Hi, I am trying to upload vysual to wordpress, but keep getting the following error message:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I have contacted 123-reg, but they are not sure why there should be any problem. Please could you help me fix this?
