Hey,

After hours of troubleshooting, just a guess and changed hosting to Linux. The issue was using Windows hosting. Now it works.

Hi there,

I can confirm this is not a theme-related issue. I appreciate that when you activate the theme it occurs, but there simply isn't anything inherent in the theme that would cause an error like that (first time anyone reported something like this in the 6 years I've been on ThemeForest).

Have you tried contacting your host provider?

It's http://roomsharewebseries.com/wordpress/ .......right now I have The Producer activated and it does not work, but when I activate any other theme, it will work.

Hello,

It works with all other templates though, this is the only one that gives me this error. I've disabled all plugins and this is the only theme activated =/

That wouldn't be a theme-related issue. 500 errors involve your hosting account.

Hey,

I installed WordPress from GoDaddy (tested on both 3.8 and 3.8.1) and installed the theme, it shows up in the themes section, but the live preview doesn't work and the live site gives me a 500 internal server error....I even uploaded the producer folder manually and received the same error. Is there a fix for this?
