Hi there,

1. Try adding something like the following to your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...

a:hover {#000000}

Just change the #000 to a hex color value you want to use.

2. I tried to include as many popular social sites as I could at the time I was developing the theme. Obviously there are so many out there that I'm bound to miss a large amount of them (in order to keep the theme options manageable). Since the social icons are currently hard coded into the theme, custom designed and controlled from the theme options panel, adding them unfortunately isn't a simple edit. For customizations like this, please use this form: http://themolitor.com/custom
