Hey Karen,

If you're following your Help file / video walk-through's properly, you should be able to achieve the exact same functionality as the demo. If the demo works fine, it leads me to believe that maybe a file is missing, or the theme isn't fully setup.

The reason I asked about other devices is because Responsive websites are meant to display an optimized version on any screen resolution / *almost* every device. These sites aren't meant to be scaled down by users, only people who realize what Responsive means might do that - but ultimately your users will not be doing that to get the information they want from your website.

If the site works fine when viewed at different resolutions (minus the resizing), then you shouldn't need to worry too much.

Hope this makes sense!

Thanks,
Justin

Hi Justin,

I'm using the latest version of firefox and my site looks fine when the window is full frame, but when I size down to test, I'm encountering the above issue. I also tried with explorer (maybe not the latest version and still the same issue). HOWEVER, just got a friend with an iphone to check for me and she said it looks fine on her phone, so that's good news.

Still not sure why it's happening when I size my screen down because when I go to the live demo you guys have on theme forest it sizes down fine on my computer. Also curious why when I look at the demo version everything is smaller so you see more of the page and when I look at my version of theme everything is very magnified.

I bought another theme recently (not from you guys) that is responsive and when I size that one down on my screen it sizes down perfectly.

Thanks for your help on this. I won't worry too much since the iphone seems to work, but I would like to know why this is happening when I size down my computers (tried 3 diff laptops).

Keep us the great work!

Karen

Karen,

What browser are you using? Also, when you view the site on smaller devices, such as an iPad or an iPhone, are you having the same problem?

Thanks,

I see that there is a contact form on the contact page of your Eventure theme. I don't see any template to create one in the dashboard. Is there a built in way to do it, or do I need a plugim of some sort?

thanks!

Hi There,

What a wonderful theme you've created!

I'm having a problem with the slider-- when I size down my browser, the 'slider bar' at the bottom of the slider isn't sticking to the bottom of the image. As the browser gets smaller, slider image resizes, but the slider bar seems to be staying where it is so it starts to appear in the middle of the image, not the bottom.

I did some editing to the css file (adjusting colours and the padding at the top of the container), so I did a test and restored the default code to see if it would fix the problem, but the problem still happened with the default code.

I also tried removing my logo, but it also made no difference.

my site is at http://www.powerplacesessions.com if you want to have a look.

Please advise.

Thanks,
Karen
