Hi there,

I'm not sure why that's happening. I don't see this occur on the demo site, so my best guess is that it's related to some modification of the theme or plugin adding styling/content to the page.

If you want me to troubleshoot this, I'll have to ask that you revert to a default setup of the theme with no active plugins.

It works. Thanks! It is still not showing up the background image on the iPhone (I changed it to another one - jpg), which is not a big deal but I wonder why. If I clear Safari's cache, the bg image appears then disappears after a second. Strange...

Maybe try changing the color of your background? It's currently set to white (#fff).

Hi Christopher,
Thanks for the quick reply. I've deactivated JetPack and it works now. The only thing that is bugging me is that once my site is loaded in the iPhone browser, I loose the header (goes white) and my logo (which is white). Any idea why?

Hi there,

Looks like you have a plugin that is displaying another theme for mobile devices (maybe JetPack?). Try deactivating any additional plugins you have one-by-one to see if they are causing the mobile issue you have.
